chore: update flake inputs and module configs

- Update flake.lock (crane, ghostty, home-manager, niri, nixpkgs, etc.)
- Add noctalia cachix substituter
- Enable power-profiles-daemon service
- Minor formatting cleanup in power.nix and services.nix
