Pedro Pinera Buendia a3eb372494 fix: add responsive_web_grok_annotations_enabled to all feature sets 
X/Twitter now requires this feature flag in API requests.
Without it, requests fail with HTTP 400:
'The following features cannot be null: responsive_web_grok_annotations_enabled'

Fixes #24
